Almond Cranberry Chicken Bibb Lettuce Cups

Spicy brown mustard

Lemon juice

Bibb or butter lettuce

Directions

  1. Mix together the onion, mustard, and lemon juice together and let rest for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients except lettuce. Mix until combined.
