Zesty Meatball Sandwiches
Traditional zesty meatball sandwiches but made super-fast with meatballs from the deli. This recipe is a hit with the whole family.

12 | Meatballs, from the deli |

1/2 | Onion, thinly sliced |
1/2 | Green bell pepper, thinly sliced |
1 1/4 cups | Pasta sauce, prepared |
1/2 tsp. | Dried basil |
4 | Hoagie rolls, split |
1/2 cup | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and peppers. Cook, stirring 3 to 4 minutes, or until tender.
Add the meatballs, sauce and basil. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until meatballs are heated through.
Spoon meatballs and sauce into rolls. Top with cheese.
Serve with a tossed salad.
