Warm Chicken Caesar Wraps

It's even easier to eat salad when it's in a wrap! Combine rotisserie chicken, Caesar dressing, rice and lettuce for this quick and easy recipe.


2 cups

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded or cut into strips

1 cup


1 cup

White rice, instant uncooked

3/4 cup

Caesar salad dressing prepared


10 inch flour tortillas, warmed

2 cups

Lettuce shredded


Medium tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup

Seasoned croutons


  1. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.

  2. Add water and bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes, Stir in salad dressing.

  3. To serve: fill each tortilla with chicken and rice mixture, lettuce, tomatoes and croutons.

  4. Fold bottom of tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and roll.

  5. Serve with black beans and fresh fruit.
