Top Ranked Grilled Cheese
Ham lunchmeat, from the deli, sliced
Yellow onion, sliced
Green bell pepper, sliced
Spicy mustard, prepared
Pepper jack cheese, shredded
Sourdough bread, buttered
Place onions and peppers and a well-oiled sauté pan and cook until tender, set aside.
Place slices of bread open-faced on a clean work surface. Evenly spread mustard on bottom slice of bread; layer with ham, sautéed vegetables and cheese.
Top with remaining bread slices and place into a well-oiled sauté pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the cheese has melted and bread is golden brown.
