Thai Peanut Wings
Bone-in chicken wings, from the deli, warmed
Peanut butter, chunky
In a microwave safe bowl, heat together the peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce and lime juice together for 30 seconds. Using a fork, stir the mixture to loosen up the thick peanut butter. Return the bowl to the microwave and heat for an additional 15 to 30 seconds. Once again stir with a fork until the sauce is fully combined.
Toss the wings in the sauce and serve with chopped cilantro over the top if desired.
