Sweet and Sour Chicken Pineapple Tortilla Wraps
Baked chicken, from the deli, shredded or cubed
|1, 15oz. can|
Light syrup pineapple chunks
Drain the pineapple chunks juice and save ½ cup to use in your wraps. Mix together the brown sugar, ketchup and 1 tsp. of pineapple juice to make a sweet and sour sauce.
Place 1/3 cup of pineapple chunks and 1/3 cup of chicken on a tortilla.
Pour 4 Tbsp. of sweet and sour mixture over the pineapple and chicken.
Fold the tortilla over and place in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
