Sweet and Sour Chicken Pineapple Tortilla Wraps

Try this easy to make tortilla wrap recipe perfect for snack or meal. Combine sweet and sour flavors with fresh chicken, pineapple and brown sugar.


4 cups

Baked chicken, from the deli, shredded or cubed

1, 15oz. can

Light syrup pineapple chunks

4 tsp.

Brown sugar

1 Tbsp.


1 tsp.

Pineapple juice

1 package



  1. Drain the pineapple chunks juice and save ½ cup to use in your wraps. Mix together the brown sugar, ketchup and 1 tsp. of pineapple juice to make a sweet and sour sauce.

  2. Place 1/3 cup of pineapple chunks and 1/3 cup of chicken on a tortilla.

  3. Pour 4 Tbsp. of sweet and sour mixture over the pineapple and chicken.

  4. Fold the tortilla over and place in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
