Sweet Potato, Spinach, & Chicken Skillet

Chicken tenders, from the deli, sliced

1 1/2 cups

Butternut squash pasta sauce

10 oz

Riced sweet potatoes and cauliflower

5 oz

Baby spinach

1/2 tsp



  1. Bring the sauce and riced vegetables in a large skillet to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering, stir in the baby spinach and salt, and fold until the spinach is wilted.

  2. Add the chicken tenders and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Serve warm.
