Spinach & Cheese Tortellini, Chicken, & Butternut Squash Sauce

This rich and creamy Italian pasta dinner will amaze everyone.


2 cups

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, chopped

20 oz.

Spinach & cheese tortellini

16 oz.

Butternut squash prepared soup

6 oz.

Riced cauliflower & broccoli


  1. Following the manufacturer's directions, cook the tortellini.

  2. While the tortellini is cooking, in a large sauce pot, bring the soup, chicken and riced veggies to a simmer. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Drain the tortellini and toss into the sauce. Mix until coated, portion and serve. You can garnish with fresh parmesan cheese.
