Spicy Chicken Chop Salad
A chicken chop salad recipe with crisp garden vegetables and the surprise of hot and spicy boneless wings is sure to be a new mealtime favorite!
Ingredients

18 | Boneless wings, from the deli, Buffalo or Original |

1, 16 oz. bag | Baby mixed greens |
1, 16 oz. bag | Broccoli slaw mix |
1/2 head | Green cabbage, finely shredded |
1 | Red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
1 1/2 cups | Frozen corn kernels, thawed |
1 | Small onion, diced |
1/4 cup | Cilantro, chopped |
Add | Salt to taste |
1 cup | Ranch dressing, prepared |
1/3 cup | Mild red enchilada sauce |
1 | Juice of 1 lime |
Directions
In a bowl combine the broccoli slaw, shredded cabbage, bell pepper, corn, onion, cilantro and salt.
In a small bowl combine the ranch dressing, enchilada sauce, and lime juice.
Pour dressing over slaw mixture and toss to thoroughly coat.
To serve: place a handful of baby greens on each salad plate. Top with slaw mixture, then boneless wings. Serve immediately.
