Slow Cooker Chicken & French Onion Dip

Ingredients
Serves4
2 cups | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, chopped |

1 tsp. | Butter |
1 1/2 | Sweet onions, sliced thin |
1 1/2 cups | Half and half |
1/2 cup | Water |
1 - 1oz. Packet | Onion soup & dip seasoning |
12 oz. | Swiss cheese |
Assorted | Vegetables and crusty bread, as necessary to use as a dip |
Directions
Butter the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the seasoning is dissolved.
Turn the slow cooker on high and cook for at least 1 hour or until the cheese is melted and the onions are soft. Open the lid and stir until all the mixture is evenly combined.
Pour into a serving dish and serve with cut vegetables and crusty bread.
