Slow Cooker Chicken & French Onion Dip
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, chopped
Sweet onions, sliced thin
|1 1/2 cups|
Half and half
|1 - 1oz. Packet|
Onion soup & dip seasoning
Vegetables and crusty bread, as necessary to use as a dip
Butter the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the seasoning is dissolved.
Turn the slow cooker on high and cook for at least 1 hour or until the cheese is melted and the onions are soft. Open the lid and stir until all the mixture is evenly combined.
Pour into a serving dish and serve with cut vegetables and crusty bread.
