Slow Cooker Chicken & Corn Stew

Skip the bread and use slices of meatloaf with a combination of cheeses for a creative take on a classic.

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli

1 1/4 cup

Frozen sweet corn kernels

2 cups

Frozen diced potatoes (potatoes O'Brien)

2 cans

Green chilies

1 cup

Chicken stock

1/2 cup

Cream

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker combine all the ingredients together and slow cook for 2 - 3 hours.

  2. Serve warm with toasted crusty bread if desired.
