Simple Chicken Quesadillas

These chicken quesadillas are simple to make and a family favorite that are great as delicious leftovers for lunch the next day too.



Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

1 package

Flour tortillas

1 can

Butter or butter-flavored cooking spray

1, 8 oz. container

Sour cream

1, 15.5 oz. jar


1, 8 oz. package

Colby-Jack blend cheese


  1. Heat skillet. Butter or spray one side of tortilla and place shredded rotisserie chicken and cheese inside.

  2. Fold and place in skillet; heat until golden brown.

  3. Cut and serve with sour cream and salsa, if desired.
