Rotisserie Chicken and Rice Soup

A bowl of warm and flavorful soup starring rotisserie chicken from your deli blended with rice, chicken broth and veggies.



Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

1 cup

Carolina or Mahatma white rice, prepared according to package directions

2, 14.5 oz. cans

Chicken broth

1 package

Frozen carrots or mixed vegetables


Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)


  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.

  2. Place chicken broth, carrots or mixed vegetables, and shredded rotisserie chicken in a pot and heat. Stir in rice.

  3. Divide soup between bowls. Top with shredded cheese (optional) and serve.
