Rotisserie Chicken Pot Pie Soup

A twist from the classic chicken pot pie recipe. Add rotisserie chicken to this delicious soup creation along with other ready-made ingredients.


2 cups

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, diced

1, 10oz. can

Cream of chicken soup, condensed

1, 10oz. can

Cream of potato soup, condensed

16 oz.

Mixed vegetables, frozen

2 cups

Skim milk

1 cup



Bake and serve flaky biscuits baked


  1. Combine soups, vegetables, milk and chicken in large saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat until soup is simmering.

  3. Add chardonnay and continue to simmer for three minutes.

  4. Prepare biscuits according to package. Pour into bowls and serve with biscuit.
