Rotisserie Chicken Greek Salad

Enjoy an amped up Greek salad by adding rotisserie chicken from your local deli. This is a fast, easy and light meal.

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

1, 12 oz. bag

Romaine hearts

1

Cucumber

1/2 Tbsp.

Oregano

1

Red onion

1/2 cup

Kalamata olives

1 cup

Feta cheese

1/4 cup

Olive oil

Directions

  1. Shred rotisserie chicken.

  2. Chop lettuce. Dice red onion, tomatoes and cucumber. Toss in bowl.

  3. Mix up bowl of lettuce, red onion, and tomatoes. Add kalamata olives.

  4. Top with shredded rotisserie chicken and oregano.

  5. Drizzle olive oil and garnish with pepperoncini and feta.
