Rotisserie Chicken Frisee Salad

Shake up your salad menu with this French dish.



Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, deboned and chopped

2 heads

Frisee lettuce, chopped


Honey crisp apple, diced

1/4 cup

Sunflower seeds

1/4 cup

Lemon juice

1/4 cup

Extra virgin olive oil


  1. Combine the chicken, lettuce, apple and sunflower seeds in a large mixing bowl. Pour lemon and oil over the top and toss until completely combined.

  2. Portion salad on a plate or bowl.

  3. Note: if desired you can heat the chicken separately and place the chicken on top of the salad.
