Rotisserie Chicken Frisee Salad
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, deboned and chopped
Frisee lettuce, chopped
Honey crisp apple, diced
Extra virgin olive oil
Combine the chicken, lettuce, apple and sunflower seeds in a large mixing bowl. Pour lemon and oil over the top and toss until completely combined.
Portion salad on a plate or bowl.
Note: if desired you can heat the chicken separately and place the chicken on top of the salad.
