Ribs and Sweet Potatoes

You can't beat the classic combination of meat and potatoes.

Ribs, from the deli, meat pulled off the bone, warmed

Sweet potatoes

2 Tbsp.

Butter

2 Tbsp.

Maple syrup

1/4 cup

Pecans, chopped

1/8 tsp.

Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wrap the sweet potatoes in foil. Bake on a baking sheet for 1 hour in the oven.
  3. In a small bowl, heat the butter, maple syrup, pecans and salt together until the butter melts, around 30 seconds. Reserve as the garnish.
  4. After the sweet potatoes are cooked, split with a knife down the center and portion the rib meat evenly between the four sweet potatoes. Spoon a portion of the buttery pecans over the rib meat. Serve and enjoy.
