Red Curry Popcorn Chicken Flatbread
Spice up your normal flatbread with this tasty recipe.

10 to 12 | Popcorn chicken, from the deli |

1 | Large Pita Bread |
1/2 cup | Red curry (premade and found in the Ethnic section of your grocery store) |
1 cup | Baby spinach |
1 cup | Mozzarella cheese, grated |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread the red curry sauce on the top of pita. Top the sauce with chicken, spinach and mozzarella cheese.
Bake directly on the rack for 5 - 6 minutes.
