Ratatouille Chicken Casserole

This one pan recipe is a great dinner option that is bursting with flavor.


2 cups

Boneless Chicken Wings, from the deli

4 cups

Frozen Normandy vegetable blend (cut broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, yellow squash and carrots)

1/2 cup

White pearl onions, frozen

1 - 24 oz. jar

Marinara sauce

1 cup

Asiago cheese, grated


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a 8 x 8 casserole dish, mix together the wings and vegetables so they are evenly distributed.

  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the top. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the sauce.

  4. Bake in the oven for 60 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
