Popcorn Chicken & Mushroom Crepes

These light and flaky crepes are sure to please.


2 cups

Popcorn chicken, from the deli

2-4 oz.

Canned mushrooms


Frozen crepes, thawed

8 slices

Swiss cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Lay a large layer of foil about double the size of the baking sheet on the bottom of a baking sheet. Lay the four crepes on half of the foil. Portion out the mushrooms and chicken over the four crepes. Lay the Swiss cheese over the top of the chicken. Fold the crepe in half. Fold the foil over the crepes so they are sealed inside the foil.

  3. Bake in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, let rest 5 minutes then serve warm.
