Pesto Chicken Bruschetta
Boneless wings, from the deli, sliced in half
Baguette, sliced thin
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Bake the slices of bread for 8 – 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven.
Brush each toasted baguette slice with a thin layer of pesto.
Sprinkle a few pieces of tomatoes then top with one portion of sliced boneless wings on each baguette slice. Finally, garnish with a healthy portion of parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven for 6 – 8 minutes until the cheese begins to melt. Serve warm.
