Pepperoni Salad

Easy to make and full of flavor, this salad recipe includes pepperoni, provolone cheese, celery, onion, green peppers, macaroni and tomatoes.


1 lb.

Pepperoni lunchmeat, from the deli, cubed

1/2 lb.

Provolone cheese, cubed

1/2 cup

Celery chopped

1/2 cup

Onion chopped

1/2 cup

Green peppers chopped

7 oz.

Seashell macaroni, cooked


Large tomatoes, finely chopped

1/2 cup

Olive oil

3 Tbsp.

Wine vinegar

1 Tbsp.



  1. Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Then mix the first 7 ingredients together (through tomatoes) in a large bowl.

  2. Combine the oil, vinegar, and oregano and pour over the above mixture.

  3. Serve at room temperature.
