Peach, Blue Cheese & Popcorn Chicken Flat Bread

A blend of the perfect flavors for this delicious flat bread idea.


1 cup

Popcorn chicken, from the deli


Large Pita

1 large

Peach, chopped

1/2 cup

Crumbled blue cheese

1 cup


1 Tbsp.

Olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Bake the pita alone for 2-3 minutes directly on the rack to dry out pita slightly. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

  3. Place the pita on a baking sheet. Add the peaches, blue cheese and popcorn chicken.

  4. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the pan.

  5. Toss the arugula with the oil. Sprinkle the arugula over pizza and serve.
