Orange Teriyaki Stir Fry

A super-easy Asian dish that starts with rotisserie chicken sliced into strips and quickly heated with stir-fry vegetables and crunchy water chestnuts tossed in a Teriyaki sauce.


2 cups

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded or cut into strips

1, 8 oz. can

Sliced water chestnuts

1, 16 oz. package

Frozen Asian medley vegetables, prepared according to package instructions

4 cups

Prepared instant white rice, hot


Soy sauce or orange sauce


  1. Remove chicken from package and slice into strips. In a large skillet heat 2 Tbsp. of canola oil on medium heat.

  2. Add chicken, water chestnuts and prepared vegetables, stir to combine and heat through.

  3. Add 1-2 Tbsp. of soy or orange sauce and mix thoroughly.

  4. Place 1 cup of rice on plate, top with chicken/vegetable mixture and serve.
