Orange Teriyaki Stir Fry
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded or cut into strips
|1, 8 oz. can|
Sliced water chestnuts
|1, 16 oz. package|
Frozen Asian medley vegetables, prepared according to package instructions
Prepared instant white rice, hot
Soy sauce or orange sauce
Remove chicken from package and slice into strips. In a large skillet heat 2 Tbsp. of canola oil on medium heat.
Add chicken, water chestnuts and prepared vegetables, stir to combine and heat through.
Add 1-2 Tbsp. of soy or orange sauce and mix thoroughly.
Place 1 cup of rice on plate, top with chicken/vegetable mixture and serve.
