Orange Pomegranate Tenders Salad
Chicken tenders, from the deli
Kosher salt and course-ground pepper to taste
Salad green mix with red cabbage and shredded carrots
Mandarin orange segments, drained
Sliced almonds, toasted
Combine the pomegranate juice, orange juice and champagne vinegar in a medium bowl.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until combined. Set aside.
Divide salad green mix among 4 salad plates. Top each salad with orange segments, almonds, pomegranate seeds and chicken tenders.
Drizzle with pomegranate dressing.
