Mini Chicken Tender Soft Taco

A quick and easy recipe to assemble, these mini sized chicken soft tacos with explosive flavors make this dish a must have at your next gathering.



Chicken tenders, from the deli


Miniature soft flour taco tortilla shells, warmed

1/2 cup

Sour cream


Fresh lime juice

3/4 cup

Mild chunky salsa

1/2 cup

Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup

Iceberg lettuce, shredded

1/4 cup

Tomato, finely diced

1/4 cup

Red onion, finely diced


  1. Lay each flour tortilla shell flat and place a deli chicken tender in the middle.

  2. Mix sour cream, lime juice and salsa together in a large bowl and mix together until throughly mixed together. Top each tender with sauce.

  3. Top each mini taco with equal portions of the cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion.
