Boneless wings, from the deli, warmed

8 cups

Mixed greens, loosely packed

1/2 cup

Olives, chopped

1/2 cup

Red bell peppers, chopped

2 cups

Parsley salad (Tabbouleh) store bought

1/2 cup



  1. Portion out the mixed greens into four bowls.

  2. Top the mixed greens with four equal parts of the following: Boneless chicken wings, olives, red bell peppers, parsley salad and hummus.
