Meatloaf Pot Pie
Meatloaf, from the deli, sliced
Condensed vegetable soup
Frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots and green beans)
Pie crusts, frozen
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, mix together 3/4 cup water and soup mixture. Add the frozen vegetables and meatloaf and mix until combined.
Pour the meatloaf/vegetable mixture into one of the pie crusts.
Brush the around the outside edge of the crust with egg. Take the other pie crust and lay over the top of the filled pie crust. Press down the edges using your fingers to fuse the pie crusts together. Using a knife, slice a couple of slits on the top crust to vent.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Let rest 15 minutes prior to serving.
