Meatloaf Grilled Cheese

Put a twist on a grilled cheese that is bound to please everyone.


1/2 lb.

Meatloaf, from the deli, cut into 6 thin slices

3 slices

Cheddar cheese

3 slices

Mozzarella cheese

3 slices

American cheese


  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Place a slice of the meatloaf on the warm skillet. Put a slice of each cheese on top of the meatloaf. Cover the pan with a lid and let cook for 4 - 5 minutes.

  2. Add the second piece of meatloaf on the top of the cheese and flip the "sandwich" over.

  3. Cover the pan again and cook over medium-low heat for an additional 4 - 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and reserve.

  4. Follow #1 - 3 with the other 3 sandwiches.

  5. Serve with ketchup.
