Lemon and Herb Chicken and Rice

This skillet entrée will make you feel like a chef. This dinner dish looks and tastes gourmet but takes half the time!

Ingredients

2 lbs.

Baked chicken, from the deli

1

Lemon

1/2 cup

Chicken broth

1 cup

Rice, white

1 tsp.

Oregano

1 tsp.

Salt

2 tsp.

Italian seasoning

2 tsp.

Butter

Directions

  1. Mix herbs, lemon juice, and butter in small saucepan until melted.

  2. Add rice to deep skillet. Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil until rice is cooked.

  3. Then add the baked chicken breasts and pour lemon and herb mixture over the top.

  4. Cook until warm, then serve.
