Layered Buffalo Chicken Salad
Boneless wings, from the deli, Original or Buffalo
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Prepared ranch style salad dressing
Louisiana-style hot sauce
Celery, thinly sliced
Grape or cherry tomatoes sliced in half
English cucumber, peeled, sliced and diced
Blue cheese, crumbled
Place the chopped romaine in a medium size bowl. Mix the ranch dressing with the hot sauce in a small bowl with a small whisk.
Pour half of the dressing over the romaine. Toss with salad tongs. Remove romaine and place in the bottom of glass bowl.
Layer on top the chopped celery, then the tomatoes, chopped cucumber and the blue cheese crumbles.
Place boneless wings on top of the layered salad.
Drizzle the remaining dressing on top and serve.
