Kale Caesar with Boneless Wings

This classic dish can be served in minutes when you add boneless wings from the deli.


1 1/2 cup

Boneless wings, from the deli, quartered

1 large

Head of black kale, chopped

1/2 cup


1/2 cup

Caesar dressing

1/2 cup

Parmesan cheese


  1. In a large bowl, mix the kale, croutons, dressing, cheese, and chicken together and toss until the kale is completely coated.

  2. Portion the salad on the four plates. Garnish with cracked black pepper and kosher salt.
