Italian Caprese Sub
Salami, pepperoni and ham with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil balsamic dressing complete this Italian caprese sub recipe.

2 slices each | Salami, pepperoni, and ham lunchmeat, from the deli |

1/2 cup | Basil |
3 Tbsp. | Olive oil |
1 Tbsp. | Balsamic vinegar |
1/2 tsp. | Salt |
1/2 tsp. | Pepper |
1 | Dub bun |
3 | Slices of mozzarella |
3 slices | Tomato |
2 | Leaves of lettuce |
Directions
In a blender, combine the basil, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Slice a hoagie bun in half and spread dressing on both halves.
Layer the remaining ingredients and cover with the top of the bun.
