Honey Pecan Chicken Salad
A classic recipe with some tasty additions to change things up. Rotisserie chicken from the deli combine with crunchy honey pecans and crisp apples for this delicious recipe.
Ingredients

1 | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded |

1 cup | Mayonnaise |
1 Tbsp. | Honey |
1 Tbsp. | Apple cider vinegar |
1/2 tsp. | Minced garlic |
Add | Salt to taste |
2/3 cup | Pecans, toasted |
1 | Granny smith apple, cored, diced |
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, garlic, and salt in medium bowl.
Stir in chicken, pecan pieces, and apple.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve on romaine lettuce leaves, crackers, or rolls.
