Honey Ham Cheddar Chive Biscuits

Diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese and chives are added to a simple biscuit dough for a great twist on a classic recipe.


1 1/2 lbs.

Ham lunchmeat, from the deli, thick sliced

2 cups

Bisquick baking mix

2/3 cup


1/2 cup

Shredded cheddar cheese

2 Tbsp.

Chopped chives


  1. Pre-heat oven to 450° Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl just until combined and forming a ball.

  2. Turn dough onto a surface, dusted with a small amount of dry Bisquick baking mix.

  3. Knead about 8-10 times then with a rolling pin roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness.

  4. With a biscuit cutter or a glass, cut into 9 rounds and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown on top.
