Honey Ham Cheddar Chive Biscuits
Diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese and chives are added to a simple biscuit dough for a great twist on a classic recipe.

1 1/2 lbs. | Ham lunchmeat, from the deli, thick sliced |

2 cups | Bisquick baking mix |
2/3 cup | Milk |
1/2 cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |
2 Tbsp. | Chopped chives |
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450° Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl just until combined and forming a ball.
Turn dough onto a surface, dusted with a small amount of dry Bisquick baking mix.
Knead about 8-10 times then with a rolling pin roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness.
With a biscuit cutter or a glass, cut into 9 rounds and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown on top.
