Hawaiian Chicken Wraps
A good recipe for a hot summer day. Use instant rice and you’ll have tasty, simple Hawaiian chicken wraps ready in a matter of minutes.

2 cups | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded |
---|---|
1 cup | White rice, cooked |
1/2 cup | Pineapple chunks, drained |
2 Tbsp. | Salsa |
2 | 8 inch flour tortillas |
Directions
Combine chicken, rice and pineapple and salsa in a medium bowl.
Spoon chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold bottom of tortilla over filling. Fold in sides and roll.
Serve with chips and sliced fresh tomatoes.
