Hawaiian Chicken Wraps

A good recipe for a hot summer day. Use instant rice and you’ll have tasty, simple Hawaiian chicken wraps ready in a matter of minutes. 

Ingredients

2 cups

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

1 cup

White rice, cooked

1/2 cup

Pineapple chunks, drained

2 Tbsp.

Salsa

8 inch flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, rice and pineapple and salsa in a medium bowl.

  2. Spoon chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold bottom of tortilla over filling. Fold in sides and roll.

  3. Serve with chips and sliced fresh tomatoes.
