Hammy Taco Dip
Ham lunchmeat, from the deli, thick sliced
Taco seasoning, prepared
Chipotle chili pepper, dry
|1 16 oz. can|
Refried beans, prepared
Pico de gallo, fresh
Mix the ham and taco seasoning in a bowl, set aside.
Combine sour cream and chipotle pepper in a bowl, set aside.
Layer on a serving platter beans, diced ham, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and lettuce. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve cold with tortilla chips.
