Hail Caesar Salad

Crispy bacon, Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing are the basics for this Hail Caesar salad recipe topped with rotisserie chicken from the deli.  

Ingredients

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

2

6" flatbreads

Add

Garlic flavored oil

6 slices

Bacon, fried crispy and crumbled

2 heads

Romaine lettuce

3/4 cup

Parmesan cheese, divided

Add

Caesar dressing, prepared

Directions

  1. Cut flatbread into 8 wedges each and brush with oil, sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and toast in a 400° Fahrenheit oven for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

  2. Assemble salad by dividing romaine among 6 salad plates. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese, dressing, and crumbled bacon.

  3. Serve with flatbread wedges.
