Hail Caesar Salad
Crispy bacon, Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing are the basics for this Hail Caesar salad recipe topped with rotisserie chicken from the deli.

1 | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded |

2 | 6" flatbreads |
Add | Garlic flavored oil |
6 slices | Bacon, fried crispy and crumbled |
2 heads | Romaine lettuce |
3/4 cup | Parmesan cheese, divided |
Add | Caesar dressing, prepared |
Directions
Cut flatbread into 8 wedges each and brush with oil, sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and toast in a 400° Fahrenheit oven for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Assemble salad by dividing romaine among 6 salad plates. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese, dressing, and crumbled bacon.
Serve with flatbread wedges.
