Greek Style Chicken Wraps

These Greek style chicken wraps are packed full with roma tomatoes, avocado, red onion, feta and red pepper hummus. Complete this recipe with fresh chicken.


1 lb.

Bone-in chicken wings, from the deli, bones removed and shredded


Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced


Medium avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced

2 Tbsp.

Minced red onion

2 Tbsp.

Olive oil

1 Tbsp.

Red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp.

White balsamic vinegar


Packaged flour tortillas

1 cup

Prepared red pepper hummus

1/2 cup

Crumbled feta cheese


  1. Place tomatoes, avocado, and red onion in a small bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil and vinegars.

  2. Pour over tomato mixture and stir gently to combine.

  3. To assemble wraps, spread each with red pepper hummus. Divide chicken among wraps, then top each with tomato mixture.

  4. Sprinkle feta cheese over wraps and serve.
