Greek Style Chicken Wraps
Bone-in chicken wings, from the deli, bones removed and shredded
Minced red onion
Red wine vinegar
White balsamic vinegar
Packaged flour tortillas
Prepared red pepper hummus
Crumbled feta cheese
Place tomatoes, avocado, and red onion in a small bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil and vinegars.
Pour over tomato mixture and stir gently to combine.
To assemble wraps, spread each with red pepper hummus. Divide chicken among wraps, then top each with tomato mixture.
Sprinkle feta cheese over wraps and serve.
