Fire and Ice Cucumber Salad
Red pepper and cayenne bring the fire to the ice of cucumbers and onions in this unique salad.
Ingredients

1 | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded and chilled |

2 | Cucumbers, diced |
1/2 | Yellow onion, diced |
4 tsp. | Sugar |
2 Tbsp. | Apple cider vinegar |
2 Tbsp. | Water |
1/4 tsp. | Red pepper flakes |
1/8 tsp. | Cayenne pepper |
1/8 tsp. | Celery seed |
Add | Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Chop cucumbers and onions and set aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients for dressing in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Toss cucumbers and onions with dressing.
Serve chilled.
