Fancy Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
|1 1/2 cups|
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded
Slices of hearty wheat bread
Extra virgin olive oil
Dried crushed rosemary
Grated mozzarella cheese
Olive oil mayo
Pre-heat grill or the stove top to medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Brush slices of wheat bread with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with crushed rosemary and garlic.
Place bread on grill until lightly toast on one side.
Spread two of the pieces of toasted bread with olive oil mayo, top each with desired amount of rotisserie chicken and sprinkle with desired amount of mozzarella cheese.
Top with other slices of bread. Flip and grill on the other side until bread is toasty with grill marks and cheese has melted.
