Easy Chicken Pot Pie

An easy and hearty, warm-you-up dinner recipe. Pack these pot pies with rotisserie chicken, gravy, peas, carrots and mashed potatoes.



Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

2 cups

Prepared chicken gravy from a mix

1 bag

Frozen peas/carrots

2 cups

Mashed potatoes


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.

  2. Prepare gravy according to package directions.

  3. Coat 2 qt. casserole or 9X9 glass baking dish with non-stick spray for easy cleanup.

  4. In separate bowl combine chicken, gravy and frozen vegetables. Transfer to baking dish.

  5. Top with mashed potatoes, spreading them so they touch the sides.

  6. Bake in oven until bubbly around the edges, and slightly browned.
