Easy Asian Style Chicken

A quick and easy Asian style recipe! Chicken tenders tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce make for a zesty meal.

Chicken tenders, from the deli

Bottles of sweet 'n sour

1

Bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces

1

Yellow onion, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 Tbsp.

Crushed red pepper

Directions

  1. Place chicken tenders in a 2" deep frying pan.

  2. Add peppers, onion, and crushed red pepper to pan. Then pour the 2 bottles of sweet and sour over all ingredients.

  3. Put the pan on a low to medium heat to simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Serve over rice.
