Corn Dog Quiche
Corn dogs, sliced in 1/2" rings
Premade pie crust, frozen
Diced onions, frozen
Sliced bell peppers, frozen
Mexican style cheese blend, grated (optional)
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line the corn dogs on the bottom of the crust. Sprinkle the onions then peppers over the top and around the sides of the corn dogs.
Pour the eggs over the top of the vegetables. Sprinkle the top with cheese if desired.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving. This quiche can be fully baked ahead of time and just warmed in a 200F oven for 25 minutes.
