Chopped Thai Chicken Salad

Add some flavor to the dinner table with this quick and easy 6-ingredient dinner!



Chicken tenders, from the deli, warm, sliced

8 cups

Napa cabbage, chopped

1/2 cup

Carrots, shredded

1 cup

Bean Sprouts

1/2 cup

Dry roasted peanuts

1/2 cup

Thai peanut dressing


  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, peanuts and dressing together. Portion out the salad into four bowls.

  2. Portion the tenders over the salad evenly. Serve and enjoy!
