Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Fresh rotisserie chicken, green beans and wild rice combine to make this delicious casserole that the whole family will love.



Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

1, 14.5 oz. can

French style green beans, drained


Small onion, chopped

1 can

Cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cup


1, 6 oz. box

Wild rice, cooked per package directions

2 cups

Cheddar cheese, shredded


  1. Pull the chicken from the bone and place in a bowl.

  2. Cook wild rice as directed.

  3. Add cooked wild rice, drained french style green beans, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup and mayonnaise to the chicken. Mix well.

  4. Place in a 13 x 9 baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

  5. Bake at 350° Fahrenheit for 30 - 40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
