Chicken and Honey Butter Biscuit

This is a home-style chicken tender layered on a warm and flakey buttermilk biscuit and slathered with sweet and salty honey butter spread.

Chicken tenders, from the deli

Buttermilk biscuits, canned

1

Stick unsalted butter, softened

3 Tbsp.

Honey

1/2 tsp.

Salt

Directions

  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions.

  2. Combine butter, honey and salt in a bowl; mix thoroughly.

  3. Once biscuits are done, split horizontally and spread 2 tsp. of honey butter on both halves.

  4. Place chicken tender in between biscuit halves.
