Chicken and Garlic Bread Pizza

Fast and easy, garlic French bread pizza recipes are topped with fire roasted chunky tomato sauce, fresh spinach, Mozzarella cheese and grilled chicken strips.


2 cups

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded


Loaf garlic French bread, 4" x 24"

1 cup

Pizza sauce

1/2 cup

Fire roasted tomatoes, diced, drained

1 1/2 cup

Spinach, fresh, destemmed

8 oz.

Mozzarella cheese, fresh, sliced and quartered


  1. In a small bowl mix pizza sauce with fire roasted tomatoes. Set aside.

  2. Spread 1/4 cup of sauce on both sides of garlic bread. Layer spinach, chicken and Mozzarella evenly over sauce.

  3. Toast in 350° Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
