Chicken and Garlic Bread Pizza
Fast and easy, garlic French bread pizza recipes are topped with fire roasted chunky tomato sauce, fresh spinach, Mozzarella cheese and grilled chicken strips.

2 cups | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded |

1 | Loaf garlic French bread, 4" x 24" |
1 cup | Pizza sauce |
1/2 cup | Fire roasted tomatoes, diced, drained |
1 1/2 cup | Spinach, fresh, destemmed |
8 oz. | Mozzarella cheese, fresh, sliced and quartered |
Directions
In a small bowl mix pizza sauce with fire roasted tomatoes. Set aside.
Spread 1/4 cup of sauce on both sides of garlic bread. Layer spinach, chicken and Mozzarella evenly over sauce.
Toast in 350° Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
