Chicken Tender Satay
Chicken tenders, from the deli, warmed and sliced in half lengthwise
Red bell pepper, sliced thin
Mix the honey and soy sauce together. If needed, warm for 10 seconds in the microwave for the liquids to combine. Reserve.
Place the mixed greens on the bottom of the serving plate. Top the greens with the sliced red bell peppers.
Using skewers, run the skewers through each slice of chicken. Brush the chicken with the honey-soy mixture.
Place the skewers over the greens and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro. Serve with a side of peanut sauce.
