Chicken Tender Ramen Bowl

This easy ramen recipe topped with juicy chicken is a perfect dinner option.

Chicken tenders, from the deli, sliced

2 cups

Water

1/2 cup

Shiitake mushrooms, sliced

1 packet

Ramen, chicken flavor

1 cube

Ginger, crushed (found in the freezer section)

1

Green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. In a small pot, heat the water, mushrooms and ginger together over medium heat. Continue to cook for 2 minutes.

  2. Add the noodles and seasoning packet, bring back to a boil, and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, portion into 2 bowls and garnish with the chicken and green onions over the top. Serve warm.
