Chicken Tender Ramen Bowl
Chicken tenders, from the deli, sliced
Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Ramen, chicken flavor
Ginger, crushed (found in the freezer section)
Green onions, sliced
In a small pot, heat the water, mushrooms and ginger together over medium heat. Continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Add the noodles and seasoning packet, bring back to a boil, and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, portion into 2 bowls and garnish with the chicken and green onions over the top. Serve warm.
